Due to Covid – 19 restrictions we are currently working remotely

We are accredited members of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and hold Postgraduate Diplomas in Therapeutic Counselling; Diplomas in Counselling Children and Adolescence and Consultative Supervision.  We also work with Employer Assisted Programmes (EAP) and provide bespoke training.

We attend monthly clinical supervision as part of our on-going development as well as participating in courses and training for our own professional development.

We provide a warm, empathic and reflective space to enable you to explore your thoughts, feelings and behaviour.  This is with a view to enabling positive changes in your life.

All our work is confidential and respectful of ethnicity, gender, age, sexuality, religion, politics and culture. We are also committed to work within the BACP Ethical Framework for the Counselling Professions.
